About Gala Support Team
Our largest fundraising event of the year is the Ramp Global Missions Gala Buffalo. All proceeds benefit Project Mona's House. We need people to help set up, break down, run the registration table, greet guests, run errands, and entertain.
We need volunteers to help with:
Set Up
December 7, 2018 10:00am – 12:00pm
We will be unloading items off of the truck and taking inside venue. We will decorate tables, set up the step and repeat banner, hang banners, and prep for the gala
Who volunteered?
Greeters
December 7, 2018 5:45pm – 7:15pm
These greeters will welcome people to the venue and answer questions that may be asked regarding the event. SMILING FACES a must!
