Sustainable Fundraising Team

Sign up!
Project Transitions invites you to join our Sustainable Funding Team! We are looking for folks with a passion for our mission and a desire to engage in community outreach. The purpose of the Sustainable Funding Team is to cultivate relationships with community members and tend to those relationships over time, with the goal of developing sustainable funding to support our residents. You’ll be joined by board and staff members on the team, and your expertise and community engagement will help steer Project Transitions to a sustainable future.

Sustainable Funding Team members can expect to contribute approximately 1 to 3 hours per week, serving for one-year renewable terms. The primary responsibilities of a Sustainable Funding Team member are as follows:

Attend a staff-run event to introduce community members to Project Transitions, and then provide feedback;

Serve as an Ambassador of Project Transitions: share how Project Transitions serves the community with others and invite people to get to know more about the life-saving work Project Transitions provides; and

Attend monthly team meetings.

In addition, there are many more opportunities for Sustainable Funding Team members to be involved, such as recruiting Ambassadors, attending events with our supporters, and much more. The interests and strengths of Sustainable Funding Team members guide any additional responsibilities they take on.

Does this sound like a perfect opportunity for you? Our CEO, Cynthia Herrera, would love to hear from you! Send an email to Cynthia at CHerrera@ProjectTransitions.org, with Sustainable Funding Team in the subject line
