About Public Relations Volunteer Needed

As a PR/Marketing volunteer you will take on a variety of tasks in the Public Relations department which manages all public relations and social media activity for the organization. Responsibilities could include any of the following and are not limited to:
-Contact with the press for news and coverage of Project HEAL.028
-Pitching stories to news outlets
-Liaising with celebrity publicists regarding appearances
-Working with social media such as Twitter, Google , Facebook, Our Blog, Utube & Instagram
-Writing press releases, pitches, blurbs, as assigned -- We are looking for volunteers who would fulfill this role all over the US, in Canada, in Europe, Asia, South America, Africa and Australia

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be able to commit to 5-10 hours per week
-Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
-Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
-Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
-Strong verbal and writing skills
