We create and broadcast diverse programming, produce local content that reflects the cultural, educational, artistic, civic, and business fabric of our community. We are looking for volunteers to help us grow.
We’re seeking new faces to fill the following volunteer roles:
Development Director: Help lead our annual fundraising initiatives and work with the WSCA Board of Trustees and volunteer staff. Create and support outreach strategies to stakeholders, sponsors & underwriters, local media outlets, and the Seacoast community. Coordinate with WSCA communications staff on marketing deliverables. Help monitor and track results of our marketing and communications program. Little Green Light, MailChimp, and Square experience a plus. (Volunteer position)
Facilities Manager: Responsible for keeping the station organized, clean, and help fix things that break. Assist in setting up for shows and special guests on air and on the Button Factory Stage. Keep inventory of all cleaning and maintenance products. May need to lift things up to 50 pounds. (Volunteer position)
Office Administrator: Responsible for the checking and receiving all station mail & packages, answering phones, replying and forwarding emails, updating the WSCA calendars, booking some events, organizing invoices, updating volunteer staff lists, and working closely with the WSCA Board of Trustees.
Events Manager: Booking concerts and other events at the Button Factory Stage. Duties include creating tickets via the PortsmouthNH ticketing system, updating the calendar on the WSCA website, and communicating details with the communications staff and all parties involved. This is a volunteer position.
