About Spaghetti Dinner
We are trying to set up a spaghetti dinner in August. We need all types of volunteers from food servers, to party planners, to money/ticket collectors.

We need volunteers to help with:
Ticket Collector
August 7, 2016 4:30pm – 10:00pm
Ticket Collectors will be sitting at the front door collecting pre-paid tickets and selling more at the door. They will also be in charge of collecting donations and handing out pamphlets about our cause.
Raffle Ticket Volunteers
August 7, 2016 4:30pm – 10:00pm
Raffle Ticket Volunteers will be in charge of selling raffle tickets during the entire dinner. They will also have to make sure the raffle items stay neat and tidy so people can enjoy themselves. The second part of this opportunity is the pulling of the winning tickets and handing out the prizes.
Entertainment
August 7, 2016 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Entertainment is just that, we need someone to be the ambiance during dinner and the fun during the raffle pulling.
Set-up and Break-down
August 7, 2016 3:30pm – 10:00pm
Set-up and Break-down will be showing up at least an hour before the event to set-up all the areas, from the dinning room to the raffle ticket tables, etc. They will also be returning at the end of the night to break everything down and clean it all up.
Food Prep Cook
August 13, 2016 11:00am – 10:00pm
Food Prep Cooks will prepare all the food for the spaghetti dinner. They will also help serve and clean up afterwords.
Ticket Collector
