About Nature Classes for Kids

Our nature classes are geared towards ages 6-16 and lead by our knowledgeable Lost Pines Master Naturalist volunteers. We meet in the Bastrop County Nature Park outdoor classroom. All students should be accompanied by an adult, and most adults choose to learn along with us!

Classes are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month from 9:50 am to 12 pm, with a break during the hottest summer months. The last class for the Spring 2026 semester is May 20.

Classes are free but registration is required.
