About Pack a Backpack

Our Pack-A-Backpack Program provides economically disadvantaged preschool and elementary school children with fully stocked, grade appropriate backpacks to start the school year. The program also provides much needed school supplies to the middle school and high school.

Our 2011-2012′s Pack-A-Backpack program was a success for the 8th year in a row! Due to the generosity of local community members, churches, and businesses, PCEF was able to provide 360 backpacks and over $5000.00 in school supplies to students in need in the Phoenixville area. Your donations ensure that these children arrive at school the first day with the necessary tools to succeed in the classroom.
