About Volunteer - Tour Guides

Nonprofit

As the reconstructed home of Pennsylvania's founder, William Penn, Pennsbury Manor hosts thousands of visiting families and school kids throughout the year. Our guided tours and school programs offer visitors the chance to experience 17th-century life, and our volunteers are really important in making that happen. We need people who enjoy talking and interacting with others and who have a passion for history to give our guided tours. No prior experience is needed, as you do recieve training, but public-speaking skills and an interest in history is preferred. Teaching experience is a plus! For more information, please contact us today.
