About Pattern Magazine Fall Launch Party
We are looking for Pattern Volunteers to help with the Fall Launch Party. We need super enthusiastic Pattern Ambassadors to help promote our brand. We hope this will be our biggest launch yet with an expected 300 people attending!
We need volunteers to help with:
Set Up
September 19, 2015 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Set up will include some heavy lifting, climbing stairs Please wear close toed shoes and clothing you do not mind getting dirty.

VIP Check In
September 19, 2015 4:30pm – 6:30pm
We need two experienced and organized volunteers to assist with checking in our VIP guests. We want to ensure this process goes smoothly.

Main Event Check In 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Need to organized volunteers who are able to assist with checking in a large number of guests as they arrive.

Two organized volunteers to assist with late check in and also man table for any questions guests have.
