Would like to set up the night before. Duties include:
Moving store around to accommodate chairs
Chair Set up
Bar Set Up

Check guests in. There will be 2 check in times. 4:30 for VIP guests; doors will reopen to general public at 5:45pm at which point there will be the second round of check ins. Check in people will be responsible for turning away people who are not VIP during the VIP hour.
