About Pass With Flying Colors Mentor

Our volunteer mentors possess a college education and desire to help a student succeed. Successful mentors are able to make a long-term commitment to their student, maintaining a relationship from the Spring of the student’s Junior year of high school through their college graduation.

Prospective mentors should be able to meet the following requirements:
Hold a college degree
Have a strong desire to help a first-generation student succeed
Available to attend training and PWFC events
Available to connect with mentee at least twice per month
Comfortable working collaboratively to support a student
Complete a background check
