
TKO Parkinson’s: A Family Fun Charitable Fundraising Event Supporting the Parkinson Support Center of Kentuckiana Rock Steady Boxing program for People with Parkinson’s, held at Progress Park.
The Parkinson Support Center, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, gives people with Parkinson disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.
TKO Parkinson’s is hosting its annual fundraising event that raises money to support a free Rock Steady Boxing program at 3042 Hikes Lane, in the Annex of John Paul II Catholic Church and to supplement membership fees for Full Moon Martial Arts Rock Steady Boxing Program.
This family fun-filled event will be held at Progress Park, 4501 Progress Blvd., Louisville, KY 40218 from 2pm to 10pm on September 22, 2018. Entry to the event will be $15/per person or $45/family. Admission for the day will include a silent auction, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, Turner’s Circus, dinner, refreshments, Dunn’s Donuts, boxing demonstration, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and much more. The day will end with fireworks over the water. Additional fee for beer garden.
