From 3:30-4:30pm every other Friday (usually), at the Boys & Girls Club, Run Oxford has a "Mighty Milers" session with a small group of 10 boys and 10 girls. We cover basic stretching and running exercises. We use the Depot trail adjacent to the Boys & Girls Club.
For measurement purposes, we want to track their development throughout the spring.
To train volunteers we have a series of short (less than 7 minute) training videos that show you what that week's lesson is.
You DO NOT have to be a runner, but it helps.
