About Inspire Future ULV Students!

Promise Scholars is looking for enthusiastic undergraduate and graduate students at University of La Verne to facilitate an engaging, informative, and fun campus tour for 8th grade students. Each volunteer will be assigned a group of 10 - 20 middle school students to lead around the ULV campus and share their personal college journey with the assigned group.

Volunteers must be able to commit to the full day and attend a one hour training on-campus (time TBD) prior to leading a tour. Volunteers who are first-generation college students may also be asked to sit on a panel to speak with students about their personal experiences and help answer questions about college.

Application Process

Volunteers must be enthusiastic and attend a 1-hour training beforehand.
