About Old Town Lansing Scrooge Scramble 5K run/walk
The Old Town Commercial Association will host its 8th annual Scrooge Scramble 5K Run/Walk on the Lansing River Trail to benefit the Old Town Commercial Association on Dec. 6, 2014 at 10 a.m. We are in need of volunteers for set up, clean up, pace runners and walk marshalls! food and drinks will be provided and volunteers will get pieces of jingle bell flare

We need volunteers to help with:
Set up & Registration and tear down.
December 6, 2014 7:45am – 10:30am
You will be helping to set up and register runners as they arrive. Once the race has started you will help to clean up the registration area. This shift will end around 10:30am.
Who volunteered?
Pace Runners (1st and last runners)
December 6, 2014 9:30am – 11:30am
You will either start the race and run ahead of all the runners or run/walk behind all the runners so we are aware of when the final runner has crossed the finished line.
Who volunteered?
Route Marshalls
December 6, 2014 9:30am – 11:45am
You will be placed along the 5k route to cheer along and direct the runners. You will be able to leave you post on the walk route once the final pace runner has passed. This position should be over at 11:45am.
