About Global Festival 2025
Global Festival 2025 will take place on Saturday, November 8th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm in the International Center. The Global Gift Shop will open an hour earlier at 12:00pm.
Global Festival brings together students, scholars, faculty, staff, families, and community members to celebrate cultures from around the world. Enjoy cultural exhibits, live performances, a global gift shop, interactive activities, and more!
OISS is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to work on two different days: Friday, November 7th (set up/day before event) and Saturday, November 8th (day of event).
Volunteers will support the festival by: Helping with the Global Gift Shop, assisting with event set up, welcoming guests and providing direction during the event, and helping with clean up after the event ends.

Global Gift Shop Set Up
Volunteers will help unload and unpack boxes of merchandise for the Global Gift Shop. Once the merchandise is unloaded, it will need to be organized. This may involve lifting and moving furniture. This will include working with the CVIP volunteers.
Event Set Up (Day Before)
Volunteers will help set up for the event, including moving furniture, and other duties as needed.
Global Gift Shop Helper
Volunteers will help in the Global Gift Shop monitoring tables, with checkout and other duties as needed.
Global Gift Shop Helper

Global Gift Shop Helper / Clean Up
Volunteers will help in the Global Gift Shop monitoring tables, with checkout and other duties as needed. Volunteers will also help with packing up once the event has ended.
