About Global Festival 2022
After a several year hiatus, the Global Festival is back on Sunday, November 13th at the MSU Union from 1-5p.m.
We are looking for volunteers to work on two different days: first to help set up and prepare the event spaces on Friday the 11th, and to finish the set up and help the event run on Sunday the 13th.
We need volunteers to help with tasks like setting up the World Gift Shop (which raises funds for international student scholarships), welcoming attendees and offering directions during the event, and cleaning up after the event ends.
Volunteers will receive a Global Festival t-shirt!

We need volunteers to help with:
World Gift Shop Set-Up (Friday, 11/11/22) 11am-2pm
Volunteers will help unload and unpack boxes of merchandise for the World Gift Shop. This will take place in the Lake Huron Room of the MSU Union.
Exhibit Set-Up (Sunday, 11/13/22) 9am-11am
Volunteers will help set up exhibit tables, carry metal display boards and chairs, and also direct traffic for student groups as they find their exhibits.
Check-In Assistants (Sunday, 11/13/22) 10:30am-1:00pm
Volunteers will help cultural groups check in, locate their booth, and answer questions about set-up.
World Gift Shop Helpers (Sunday, 11/13/22) 12pm-3pm
WANTED: outgoing personalities to promote donations at the Global Festival Gift Shop. Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing product tables, itemizing and putting items on hold for guests, tidying up the display tables, and packing up unsold items at the end of the sale.
