About Wildlife Outdoor Learning Festival
Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee NWR is hosting its annual W.O.L.F. event on Saturday, September 24. Volunteers are needed to support the new Run-for-the-Refuge race starting a 7 AM and family activities occurring from 9 AM until 2 PM. The refuge event attacted more than 600 attendees last year and the refuge's staff of eleven appreciates all those that are able to help host this event. Volunteers should confirm their availability by contacting refuge staff by phone or email. All volunteers will report for duty to the refuge's visitor center located on the south shore of Bluff Lake.
