About Martin Luther King Day 2017
On MLK Day January 16, 2017 Backpack hosts a family event in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Come; celebrate, learn and serve. After the event there are kids activities and we pack about 800 meals for the children receiving our services. You can write a Care Card that gets tucked into a sack so they know it's about more than food, fold peace cranes and make a difference in our community.

Greeter

Greet families at the door with a smile. Hand out programs.
Packing Assistance
January 16, 2017 1:00pm – 3:00pm
We have eight packing tables this year. We need people to check the completed bags, help families through the line. Keep the tables stocked.
