American Heart Association will be hosting the 2014 Kentucky Derby Themed Northeast Heart Ball. The Northeast Heart Ball is an elegant fundraiser that attracts community members, physicians, executives and business leaders dedicated to the mission of the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association. Funds raised will help to "build healthier lives "free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke" in Lackawanna and Luzerne counties in PA.

We need volunteers to help with:

Auction Volunteers Needed

This task is filled or completed
Volunteers would be assisting in watching over the silent auction as the gala guests are bidding on them. They would establish the winner of each item at auction close and help package them prior to check out. During the live portion of the evening, the volunteers would be in the room with all the activity and recording any winning bids. Dress is "Kentucky Derby Attire", not black tie. So coming in your Sunday best would be appropriate.
