About Champ Readers Club

Our regular and learning disabled adults enrolled in the Champ adult education classes need volunteers who can come in to help them read. Training provided and teacher supervision included. Work with student, listen to them read, and assist with practice work in writing. The students make it all worthwhile because they are so thrilled to have help and to make progress. Students come every day, 4 days a week. Some computer use, too. We laugh a lot!

Application Process

We use a standard employment form and we are required to do a sled background check to protect our staff, volunteers, and students. Tell us what you would like to do.
