About Pick up and Delivery

Volunteers helping with pick-ups and deliveries will have the unique responsibility of entering the homes of our customers and donors.
Duties may include:
• Arrange time for pick-up or delivery with customers and donors
• Load and unload large items into the box truck or into the store
• Drive the box truck in North Idaho/Spokane regions
• Interact with customers and donors in their homes
• Load or unload large items from customer/donor homes
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer/donor questions
• Provide donors with a receipt
