About Welcome Center Ambassador

Be the first point of contact for all visitors - both in person and on the phone. Greet guests, answer questions about New Moms and facilitate seamless operation of the front desk. Must be able to multi-task and respond to scenarios quickly. Also includes general front desk administrative work, such as filing and mailing. Shifts are generally 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm but can be modified as needed.

Application Process

We ask that volunteers attend one of our monthly volunteer orientations to learn more about our organization and fill out necessary paperwork, including a background check and application form.
