About The Center for Women

Center for Women (CFW) was founded to help women in life transitions achieve economic independence. These women are experiencing separation, divorce, loss of a spouse, job or other life events, and are in need of services and support, especially in the areas of financial management and workforce entry and re-entry. The Center for Women offers workshops, one-on-one consultations with experts, and robust mentoring and internship programs. We need volunteers to serve as mentors, teach workshops, and assist with administrative tasks.
