About Team Captain's Kick-off Block Party Volunteers

Direct placement of tent, tables and chairs in park
Distribute items to their designated area
Set -up Registration table
Set -up Team Captain table
Set-up fundraising ideas table
Set-up first-aid station
Put out directional sign to the Belhaven Park from the Baptist Parking Garage
Put up signage on the stage
Set up food tent area
Put out garbage cans around the park
Meet and greet band and assist them in setting up on the stage
Unload & distribute cases of water around the park in the coolers
Set up and manage NAMI Table- 1 table
Hang NAMI banner and registration banner
Food volunteers needed (6 volunteers)
Manage Registration table (2 volunteers needed)
Manage Team Captain Information table (2 volunteers needed)
Manage Team fundraising information table (2 volunteer needed)
Volunteers needed to help game activities leaders ( 5 volunteers needed)
Volunteer needed for taking pictures
Park clean up crew - break down tents, tables,chairs, pick up trash, supply boxes to car
