About Move In Move Out - Moving Volunteers Needed!
Move In, Move Out is a student run organization at Michigan State University seeking volunteers for our May 1st - May 5th moving period! We need able-bodied individuals comfortable with some heavy-lifting to assist student volunteers with their spring move-out process.
We are working to create an easy, eco-friendly moving out process for MSU students. We collect unwanted, usable items from students moving out and resell them at affordable prices to incoming Michigan State students. Unsold items and our profits are donated to local East Lansing charities. Last year, MIMO saved six tons of items going to landfills and raised $25,000 for local charities!
As the 2nd campus in the country to adopt MIMO's growing program, MSU has the potential to become an example of what it means to have a sustainable, green campus supported by a charitable, forward-thinking student body. We would love for our first year on campus to be successful and indicative of awesome things to come for the East Lansing community, and we need your help to make it happen!

This opportunity is for the May 1st pick-up shift from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
*Lunch will be provided for full-day volunteers that book two shifts!
