About STAR Education's 15th Annual Children's Earth Day!

STAR Education is a non- profit 501(c) (3) organization that is the selected leader in innovative educational programming and community-based cultural enrichment projects. They serve over 500 schools in over 60 districts and they put on monthly events for the children they serve in the area surrounding the greater Los Angeles community. STAR Education invites Mount Saint Mary's students to get involved with their upcoming 15th Annual Children's Earth Day. There are different shift times to better accommodate busy schedules.

Set Up Day: Saturday April 18th

Help needed creating goodie bags for the kids, setting up booths and general set up in preparation for the event.
· 8am-12pm
· 12pm-4pm

Earth Day Event: Sunday April 19th:

Help needed to set up in the morning, work game booths, assist with food handling, usher in parking lots and be general runners. STAR Education also needs people for the last shift to help clean up!
· 7am-11:am
· 10:30am-2:30pm
· 2pm-6pm

Application Process

Volunteers must bring a completed Volunteer Release Form when they show up to the event. To receive this form, email STAR Events Team representative Joselyn.
