About Los Angeles Team Mentoring (LATM)

LATM is an afterschool mentoring program whose mission is to guide middle school students growing up in challenging urban environments to recognize and reach their full potential as members of our community.

LATM at Richard Merkin Middle School
-Walking distance around the corner from Mount St. Mary's College Doheny Campus
-2023 S. Union Ave. Los Angeles CA 90007
-Starting Sept 5th, this program runs on Thursdays from 3:00pm to 5:00pm

LATM at Bethune Middle School
-About a 15 minute drive from Mount St. Mary's College Doheny Campus (Mount Students can receive transportation to this site)
-155 W. 69th St. Los Angeles Ca 90003
-This program is planned to run on Mondays starting the first or second week of October (Contact Norma to confirm)

Application Process

If interested, volunteers will receive training and tools to help support and guide the middle school students in leadership programs, team building, health and awareness, and more.
