About Help Out at the MUW Office

There's always a lot going on at the Monadnock United Way (MUW) office. Our small staff handles a huge amount of work, and we often have opportunities for volunteers to lend a hand. Whether you have half an hour or several days a week of volunteer time to offer, we'd love to hear from you!

Most volunteer opportunities would take place during MUW's business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Application Process

Volunteers will complete an orientation during their first time at the office.
