About Direct Service Volunteer

We are the listeners, the judgement-free zone, the believers and allies. If that sounds like you and you are looking for a way to take an active role in ending violence in our community, consider becoming a volunteer office advocate. When working in the office, volunteers will meet with clients in-person, answering calls, offer court support, respond to hospital and police calls in addition to special projects. Volunteers may also be asked to transport survivors or response to our confidential shelter. All MCVP volunteers are required to complete a 35-hour state mandated training.

Application Process

Applications can be found on the MCVP website, under tab "Work with MCVP".
