About Volunteer in the MLK Freedom Library!

For short-term volunteer opportunities: we can use your volunteer hours as we organize our annual Library BookFair at the Barnes and Nobles bookstore (located in the White Plains, NY City Center). This day-long fundraiser features live music, book author signings, arts and crafts and storytelling on MLK Holiday, Jan. 16, 2017. You can help organize the fundraiser before January 16, or give 2-3 hours on January 16 at the Bookfair.

For more long-term volunteer opportunities, we could use Library volunteers to help staff the library, work on library programming ideas, refine the library website, the library collection database and more!

We would love to have you join our team!
