About Paid-Internships

Milestone offers ongoing paid-internship opportunities, ideal for students to complete their fieldwork requirements, gain hands-on experience performing Direct Support Professional (DSP) job duties, and earn pay for their time and service. We work with you to facilitate an internship that will help you meet these goals and have a fulfilling experience in the field! Paid Internship wages start at $16/hour with flexible scheduling, access to educational courses, certifications & hands-on training by seasoned DSPs, and temporary shared housing for full-time interns.

Requirements:
-Must be 18+ years old
-Must work 16 hours/week, minimum
-Complete a total of 360 hours at Milestone
-Complete a meaningful project that benefits the individuals we serve, our employees, management/admin, organization, or the community (due by the end of the internship)
