About Gather In-Kind Donations

Help the Clubhouse cut costs by obtaining in-kind donations from The community for various supplies needed to run our programs. Also, help with coordinating pickup/shipment/delivery of such donations. If interested, let us know and we will contact you with the next steps and provide a copy of the Clubhouse’s current wish list!

Application Process

Contact the Chair of the Board of Directors Holli Dobler via email if you are interested in this opportunity! Please let her know what day(s) and time(s) you are available to assist and the best way to reach you to discuss further!

Family-Friendly

Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.

We need volunteers to help with:

Call and email contacts from list of prior in-kind donors

Make calls and send emails using prepared scripts and templates to prior in-kind donors.

Identify new potential donors for needs on wish list

Facilitate pick up and delivery of donations

Assist with driving to pick up and/or deliver donations to clubhouse. Coordinate delivery of donations with donor and Clubhouse staff.

Prepare in-kind donation applications

Work with Board of Directors and/or Executive Director to complete applications for various in-kind donation programs.

Call and email contacts from list of prior in-kind donors

Make calls and send emails using prepared scripts and templates to prior in-kind donors.

Identify new potential donors for needs on wish list
