About Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels exists to serve nutritious meals and provide a daily contact to our clients. We will provide Quality Service by compassionately serving clients who have limited resources, trying to exceed the expectations of our clients whenever possible.
We need volunteers to help with:
Driver :
This position uses their own car and takes another person with them to help deliver the meals to the clients. Mileage reimbursment is available if requested., Most routes take about 1 hour and start leaving the building at 10:30am.
Delivery Person :
This position rides with a driver and takes the meals into a clients home. This position is our eyes and ears, checking on the client to make sure they are ok. Time commitment is approximatley 1 hour between 10:30am and 12:30pm
