About The Clothesline Project
The Clothesline Project is a multi-colored t-shirt display that bears witness to sexual violence against women and men. The project has several major goals that include bearing witness to the survivors and victims; assisting the healing process for people who have lost a loved one or are survivors of the violence; educating, documenting and raising public awareness; and providing a nationwide network of support, encouragement and information.
The Clothesline Project will run from September 13 to September 15.
The volunteers will be helping with the set up and take down of the event each day. There will be two shifts each day: 8 - 9 am and 3 to 4 pm.
To get involved, contact Beth Serigny at (662) 325-2090 or [email protected].
