About Project Homestead Food Distribution, Packing and Sorting

This food pantry was created to serve the people of the West Point/Clay County areas and the surrounding communities to assist them in having more access and awareness of available food resources. They also assist in short-term food emergencies as well. This service is provided on an anonymous basis, and can accommodate anyone in need.*

Volunteers are needed on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. for distribution of goods. These tasks include assisting patrons with carrying groceries to their cars, either by hand or by hand carts that are provided on-site.

Aside from distribution efforts, Volunteers are also welcome to assist with bagging and sorting of goods from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. as well.

**Volunteers must provide their own transportation to this site.**

If you have any additional questions, please contact the staff at Project Homestead at 662-275-1275, or email Project Homestead Coordinator Donna Cliett at: dpcliett@gmail.com
