Neighborhood Food Drive Drop
Hosted by: Maroon Volunteer Center
About Neighborhood Food Drive Drop
The Maroon Volunteer Center & Volunteer Starkville will be dropping off bags for a food drive in local neighborhoods around the Starkville community on Friday, October 23rd from 3:00 - 5:00 PM and we need your help! Volunteers are needed to greet residents along neighborhood route assigned, inform them about the food drive and leave the bag/flyer with them or at their front door if not at home asking them to donate to the drive.
This food drive benefits the Backpack Buddies program at the First United Methodist Church in Starkville, which provides weekend meals for children in the Starkville School District who otherwise might go hungry.
