About Manufacturing Work Experiences for Youth and Young Adults

We have partnered with over 90 local manufacturers in the last 9 years to provide work experiences, field trips, internships, summer jobs, job shadows, full and part-time employment for Manufacturing Connect participants. Do you work for a local manufacturer who is interested in attracting more young talent to work for your company? Let us know, we'd be glad to have the opportunity to introduce Manufacturing Connect to your team and find a way to get young people to learn more about what your company has to offer. In addition to operating on the west side of Chicago, MC is expanding to a school on the south side and north west sides of the city. We may be able to connect your company to talented young people in your back yard!
