About M3C STEM & Business Career Mentoring

The goal of the Manufacturing Career & College Connect (M3C) STEM and Business Career Mentoring is to provide opportunities for our youth to connect with caring professionals or college students from Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields to learn first-hand what it takes to find success in careers, school and life. Both mentors and mentees undergo a detailed matching process to identify mentor/mentee matches that will last at least one year. Meet once or twice a month with a high school student in the Manufacturing Connect program, participate in team building and other activities that foster relationship building with a young person that is needs to learn from your experiences.
