About Donor/Fundraising Events 2026

Help us bring our donor and fundraising events to life! Volunteers support with event setup and breakdown, guest check-in, activity stations, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our community and supporters. These roles are perfect for anyone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting behind-the-scenes work, and being part of meaningful moments that help sustain our mission.

Application Process

To volunteer with us, all applicants must first complete our application form and attend a required volunteer training. Training is mandatory — you must complete it before signing up for any volunteer opportunities. Applicants who have not completed training will not be scheduled to volunteer.

Donor Lunch & Tour 1/28/26

Support our Lunch & Tour experiences, where potential donors, partners, and community members learn about Mama Sana Vibrant Woman, explore our space, and hear what’s coming up next. Volunteers help with setup, food coordination, welcoming guests, and breakdown, playing a key role in creating a warm, organized, and inviting environment for connection and learning.

Teddy Documentary Screening & Panel

March 5, 2026 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Support our TEDDY documentary screening and panel discussion, where we’ll explore increasing diversity in the doula field and officially launch registration for our upcoming doula training program. Volunteers will help with setup, guest check-in, information tables, and breakdown, creating a welcoming experience while helping connect community members to education, resources, and the next generation of birthworkers.
