About Dolomites + Venice for Education 2020

Join MAD on the Alta Via N.1, the classic high route of the Dolomites and help support our education programs.
You’ll revel in 6 days of hiking through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the incredible Italian Alps. Enjoy a guided walking tour and boat tour while in Venice and spend a day in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

The hike begins with Lago di Braies to Sennes, a beautiful alpine lake set amidst forest and soaring Dolomite peaks, this is a thrilling opening to Alta Via N.1. At Rifugio Pederù, you hike uphill in the direction of Lago di Limo. When you reach Lake Lé Piciodel you’ll hike through a charming landscape studded with little lakes and rounded mountain-tops along the Ru d’Al Plan River. Cime di Fanis & Lagazuoi Massif is a lovely hike through the Altopiano di Fanes to the Lagazuoi Massif. Your last hike is a memorable traverse below the awesome Tofana di Rozes.
