About American Legion Oratorical Contest

Hello everyone,
Please take a moment and review information on the 2019 American Legion Constitutional Oratorical Scholarship Contest. It is one of the top three (3) scholarship contests in the country and an excellent way for 9th - 12th graders to learn about the American Constitution and hone their public speaking skills. The 2017 state winner was a sophomore from Horn Lake. He earned thousands of dollars, a four (4) year scholarship to MS State and more money for graduate school.
