About Yamato Scrub Nature Preserve-Knights Unite Day of Caring
Yamato Scrub: We will be removing trash and irrigation from the restoration area at the “Yamato Scrub Natural Area” from 9 a.m. until noon. We can accommodate 25 volunteers. Transportation will be provided. Please plan to bring your own water. Since we will be working in saw palmettos and tall grassy areas, long pants are recommended, and you must wear closed toed shoes sneakers or hiking boots). You will not be allowed on the bus wearing sandals. Hats and sunscreen are also recommended.
Transportation provided from International Bldg. 9am departure.
Time: 9am-noon
