We need volunteers to help with:
Greeting
November 1, 2013 8:00pm
Help direct individuals from the parking lot to the shuttle. Also having volunteers at the front of the auditorium direct individuals to the registration table inside the auditorium. This will take place from 8:00am-10:00am. We are requesting volunteers show up by 7:45am so that they may be directed to their station.
Set-up
November 1, 2013 8:00pm
Help with setting up the auditorium and help vendors set up their tables. This will take place from 7:00am-9:00am
Directing Traffic
November 1, 2013 8:00pm
Volunteers are needed to direct traffic between breakout sessions. This would be throughout the event.
Clean up and Shuttle Directions
November 1, 2013 8:00pm
Direct individuals to the shuttle after the program from main auditorium and help with clean up. This will take place from 2:00-4:00pm
