About Lowcountry Autism Foundation's 7th Annual Spring Fling
The Lowcountry Autism Foundation has helped over 240 families and provided almost a half of a million dollars in support to children and families affected by autism in the Lowcountry. Through our proven track record and recent partnership with the prestigious MUSC Children's Hospital in Charleston, LAF looks to reach even more families in the coming year.
This years event will benefit LAF’s Autism Assessment and Service Coordination Programs– programs that have proven invaluable for these children and families. Early diagnosis can make all the difference in a child’s life, and they are not possible without your support. We graciously request your presence and look forward to seeing you there.
We need volunteers to help with:
Event Donations
March 30, 2014 8:00pm
We are looking for several individuals to find businesses to donate items to LAF's 7th Annual Spring Fling. Businesses who donate items for the night will be highlighted during the event.
Items we are in need of (that will be used and returned):
- 50 ft of Red Carpet
- 4-6 blue LED up-shining spot lights
- 4-6 red LED up-shining spot lights
- 4-6 yellow LED up-shining spot lights
- 25 Table top candle lights
- 8 Blue decorative curtains (8-10 feet high) with stands
In-Kind Donations needed for event (tax deductible for businesses)
- 20 Chinese lantern style lights (Mix of red, blue and yellow)
- 20 bottles Red Wine
- 20 bottles White Wine
- Large pieces of foam (4-6" thick) that can be cut into puzzle pieces and used in and around event
- T shirts (15 S, 15 M, 15 L, 10 XL) to be sold at event

We need volunteers to seek local businesses who are willing to sponsor LAFs 7th Annual Spring Fling. There are several levels of sponsorship including;
PRESENTING PUZZLE SPONSOR – $5,000
YELLOW SPONSOR – $2,500
BLUE SPONSOR – $1000
RED SPONSOR – $500
Materials will be emailed to volunteers to give out to businesses that provides specifics for each level of sponsorship. Title sponsor will be chosen on first-come-first-serve (if more than one agrees to the level). This can easily be done from home, or actively touring local businesses.

Event Setup
April 25, 2014 8:00pm
We need volunteers to help setup for the nights event. Location will be determined, though we will aim to have it at the Country Club of HHI again. Responsibilities include any or all of the following;
- Lifting, carrying and transporting posters, lighting, signage and other smaller items.
- Setting up lighting throughout room
- Setting up signage throughout room
- Organizing donated items on tables and filing appropriate paperwork
