Louisville Water Foundation has a legacy of serving the community through a broad base of philanthropic and charitable efforts. A specific area of service is providing bill payment assistance to customers in need. Now, the Foundation invites the public to help contribute to those efforts with the Drops of Kindness program. Donations from Drops of Kindness will help Louisville Water Company customers who are past-due or in turn-off status avoid losing service.

Drops of Kindness provides support to families and individual customers who need help paying their Louisville Water and MSD bills via three community-based partners in Jefferson, Bullitt and Oldham counties.  In 2018, the Foundation gave nearly $260,000 to the three agencies, helping more than 1,000 families.
