About Kitten Foster

Louisville area kitten fosters are needed to care for orphaned, nursing kittens. Young kittens need to be bottle-fed every 2-3 hours for the first few weeks, so you will need to either work from home or have the ability to bring pets to work. Due to the fragility of newborn kittens, this volunteer position requires training, which consists of watching videos and taking a test. Once you complete your training, we will provide you with a foster kit, which includes bottles, formula, and other items.
