About LSP Auction 2020 Volunteers
Thank you for lending your sweat equity to LSP to make this year's live and silent auction our most successful one yet!
If we all volunteer a little, the load won't be unbearable for any one person.
We're looking for volunteers who:

We need volunteers to help with:
Item Registration Committee
March 19, 2020 12:00am – April 4, 2020 12:00am
Ensures all items are entered in system by due date, ensures all items are collected, get to and from the location (after event)
Look and Feel Committee
April 4, 2020 12:00am – 12:00am
Ensures venue is decorated, AV is available and set, and slides and any other presentation are done by due date and presented at set time during event
Welcome Committee
April 4, 2020 12:00am – 12:00am
Welcome attendees, direct traffic flow at beginning and end of event and when moving from silent to live auction, encourage folks to bid, and usher VIPs and MCs to their space
"Auction Crew" Committee
April 4, 2020 12:00am – 12:00am
Ensure payments are done efficiently, closes out silent auction, support, attendees with check out and items won
Breakdown Committee
April 4, 2020 12:00am – 12:00am
Ensures venue is left "intact" after event, all items are accounted for, sign off with all team leads before the end of the evening, and return all unused materials.
