ADOPT A PATIENT

Here is an opportunity for you to sow a seed of health and reap a healthy reward. Even though, our prices are very low compared to other facilities, we still have those who need help.

The purpose of our program is to offer our services to those who may find it challenging in meeting our $30 a visit fee. We also offer an individual health package for $125 for 5 visits, offering a saving of $25.

Since we are a 501(c) non-profit organization, we are able to offer donors a tax deduction on their donations.

•$5 will pay for an antibiotic
•$10 will pay for month’s supply of diabetic testing strips for a patient
•$30 will pay for an uninsured patient
•$35 will pay for an inhaler for an asthma patient
•$50 will pay for basic lab tests for a patient
•$75 will pay for monthly life sustaining prescription
•$350 will pay for medications for one month in our clinic

•$750 will cover the basic cost of operating the clinic for one day
•$3,750 will cover the basic cost of operating the clinic for one week
•$15,000 will cover the basic cost of operating the clinic for one month
