About Board Member Position: Treasurer

Be available to commit to the two year term.
Be responsible for collecting, recording, and reporting all the financial transactions related to Lead The Way Equestrian Center For Girls.
Disburse funds as authorized by the Chief Executive Officer, President and or the Executive Board.
Sign all contracts or obligations together with the president.
Submit financial report to the President 36 hours prior to meetings or in the event of an all call audit.
Be responsible for the filings of financial documents pertaining to Lead The Way Equestrian Center For Girls. Reporting shall include annual, federal, state and local reports.
Be responsible for performing such other duties as provided by the By-laws or as designated by the Executive Board

You must submit in writing a list of any businesses and or other organizations of which you are an owner, officer, director, or trustee whether sole proprietor or partnership, shareholder, employee or agent with which Lead The Way Equestrian Center For Girls might enter into a relationship or transaction where the director would have a conflict of interest.
